ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. This role is suited to someone who can confidently lead hospitality projects across concept, planning and delivery.
You will take ownership from early-stage design through to completion, guiding the narrative while supporting and mentoring the team. A strong eye for design, alongside solid technical understanding, is essential.
Proficiency in SketchUp is key, with Enscape a strong advantage. You should be comfortable developing and overseeing drawing packages in collaboration with consultants and contractors.
On-site experience is critical, with the ability to lead coordination, manage suppliers and ensure the design is delivered with precision.

ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for an experienced and driven Associate Director to join our team and lead projects across the full design journey. This is a senior management role for someone who can bridge creative vision and technical delivery with clarity and consistency.
You will take ownership of design development and delivery, translating concept into buildable solutions while maintaining quality throughout, working closely with the Creative Director and Strategist.
The role involves leading multiple teams, managing workflow, programme and resourcing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
Strong technical expertise in hospitality design is essential, along with proficiency in SketchUp (Enscape a plus). You will also lead site coordination, acting as a key point of contact to ensure the design is delivered with precision.

You’ll work closely with our brand and interiors team to turn ideas into clear, consistent and well-crafted outputs, from decks to print-ready files.
